A note from us on how we landed on pricing, because we think you should understand a bill without a sales call.

Most field software charges per seat. Every driver, every dispatcher, every person in the office is another line item. We think that is backwards. Your drivers are not a cost to your software, they are how the company makes money. Charging more because you hired another one is a strange thing to do to a customer.

So we price by the active truck. $99 a month for each truck that is on the road. Users are unlimited, units are unlimited, customers and invoices are unlimited. The thing we charge for is the thing that actually scales with your revenue: trucks doing work.

Two consequences fall out of that, and we leaned into both:

  • Park a truck, keep the money. Winter, repairs, a slow month, trucks sit sometimes. Deactivate one and the unused days come back to your account as credit. The bill should match the fleet that is actually working, not the fleet on paper.
  • No per-seat math before you can grow. Hiring a dispatcher or a bookkeeper should make your life easier, not raise your software bill.

We are a small company building this in the open, and pricing is a promise as much as a number. If we ever make the bill need a footnote, hold us to this note.
